If you are considering applying for Trial Moderator this is a general guide of what we would expect of you:

  1. Trial Moderators will only have very limited abilities, you are expected to attend sits when they occur, and just observe how we handle it.
  2. Do not disturb a sit in progress, if you have anything to add or ask wait until sit is over and ask the trainer or pm another administrator.
  3. The general time limit as Trial Moderator is 5 days of you logging in as Trial Mod and spending at least 1 hour on the server.
  4. We expect you to never no clip outside of duty. There is a designated Mod job, use that when on duty. Do not no clip into bases or around the streets for any reason other than a staff situation. Do not switch to Mod on Duty just to no clip everywhere. It's not impressive.
  5. Do not abuse what little powers you have, yes you can fly, yes you can pick people up , yes it's cool, but let them play, don't flaunt your abilities.
  6. Be above getting angry. Never abuse your admin powers on another player out of revenge.
  7. Never raid someone as Moderator on Duty job!!! That is considered admin abuse.
  8. Please do not ask staff over and over when you will be promoted. We are seeking quality.
  9. Ultimately we are looking for a different breed of Administration Staff. Fair,Balanced,Calm,Collective. Be fast to react, but level headed when passing judgement.
  10. Do not ban or jail anyone out of spite of revenge. Don't get raided while rp'ing and turn to Moderator on Duty and abuse the guy.

Oxide Gaming holds our Administration Staff to a higher degree.
Not everyone whom makes Trial Moderator will be passed onto Moderator position, it is a easy going process.
Still think You want to apply? Go ahead , you now know what we want to see. Make sure you use the proper format, we don't like to see bad first impressions.
Oxide Gaming Administration is very easy going and easy to get along with. However we will ultimately do exactly what is needed for our community to thrive.
